To audition for a SPEAKING PART, please pick up a script from the Music Room. You will choose one of three different characters as your audition piece. Please memorize the part, speaking slowly, clearly and with expression.
There are many parts in the musical. Please remember that this may not be the part you shall receive. All parts, big and small, are important to making a fabulous show come together!
If you would like a NON-SPEAKING PART, please let Ms. Goertzen know as soon as possible. There are important action parts that occur during a couple of the songs and a select few that take place during the scenes.
If you would like to try out for a SOLO during one of the songs, please come out to the audition practices. If you would like an audio recording of the music to practice at home, please email me at agoertzen@sjsd.net.
Sign up sheets will be put outside the music room on Thursday, October 18.
