Solo Audition Piece

Any grade 3, 4 or 5 students who would like to audition for a SOLO in the winter concert musical needs to learn part of the song, It Comes Out Snow. There will be practice in the Music Room at 12:20 on Monday, October 22. Auditions will take place at the lunch recess on Monday, October 29.

You take a little H-2-O, make the temp’rature real low.

A little bit of dust is a snowflake must. From the cloud, it comes out snow.

All: No!          Professor:  Yo!         All:  Snow?

Professor:

From the cloud it comes out snow

Professor:

Now just let me be precise; that cloud is chock full of ice.

If they decide, they must collide from the cloud, they’ll come out snow.  Yo!

All:

Hi-dee-ho! Ev’rybody is making snow.

We’re swingin’ to and fro, down from our ice caps to our frozen toes. Oh,

Now we know, how to make a snowflake grow.

Ev’rybody look out below, here comes the snow!

Snow is ev’rything you make it.  Slice it, freeze it, dice it, flake it.

Mix it up and let her blow. Here comes the snow.
